I renewed in Sept. after a year and I have been perfectly happy. The staff is always very courteous and helpful, the few maintenance issues that I have had were resolved quickly and it is a nice quiet neiborhood where I feel very safe. The only drawback to the place is that the walls are pretty thin- but it's not that big of a deal to me. I love my apartment though- I plan to stay here until I buy a home.
