I moved here in July 2007, my first apartment after graduating nursing school in Dayton. I just wanted something I could afford and a nice quiet place I would WANT to come home to. I live in Karric Place North with my boyfriend in a two bedroom, next to the road. We were worried about the noise of the road, but our living room/kitchen faces the road and we don't hear hardly any traffic. Office staff/management have always been friendly, but we always pay rent on time and the only time we have had to call the office is for a few maintenance issues, which were taken care of within a day. There is tons of parking, and are apartment is off the the side of the parking lot. But if then its only a very short distance! Beats having to walk up tons of stairs, since its a single level complex. My only complaint is that I'm from Dayton, where cost of living is a lot lower than here. So it took some time getting used to the price (which I have found out is not bad for living seconds from downtown historical Dublin). The apartments need some updating, but they feel like home. I have also noticed my apartment is hard to keep warm in the winter (electric heat, we also live on the outside). I have read the reviews on here, and I'm sorry to here about any crime, that's very unfortunate, I have had no issues. And to the others, people who have had bad experiences are going to be the ones more motivated to write on this website. And about people saying its too dark around the complex- I have notice its darker, but, this is also a complex full of huge, beautiful trees, that don't exactly help the light shine through. And if residents would turn on their porch lights it might help! We are the only on in our complex who does half the time! I'm grateful for the life I have now, and I enjoy living here.
