I have lived here since October 2005. I have had nothing but problems. My neighbor is super noisy and after several complaints, management has not evicted my neighbor. The walls are super thin. I can hear every person around me.
They do not make people clean up after their dogs. The apartments are old and are way overpriced. They do not keep the property picked up or clean.
Management is rude. They threatened to evict me when I gave my 45 day written notice and said I needed to workout a week of prorated rent with them. They said I had to be out by June 30th as they rented it to another person.
They are not at full capacity, so could easily rent them another 2 bedroom apartment.
I hate this place and cannot wait to leave. Do not ever rent from Karric Place or Oakwood management. They are slimebuckets!

If the place was so bad, why did you stay there for so long? It was almost 2 1/2 years so quit complaining like it was so bad. If it were that bad, you would have and easily could have moved elsewhere.

We had a similar problem. My sister and I complained at least four times about a noisy neighbor and they did nothing!

If you put your notice in to move, your apartment is then available to rent. Why are they going to accomdate you when you are moving out. If the new resident needs to move in, they are going to accomdate them. You gave them a day you were leaving, it is not eviction when you willingly are moving out. If you dont move out, its called "Holding Over" and is in the lease you sign when you move into the complex. Dont blame them for your change of plans. i think the management has been very nice to me since moving in and all of my appliances were immediately replaced upon request.
