Overall, it's been an good experience with issues that are too much to handle. Here's why:

Cons:
I moved in and had problems from the get go with a neighbor playing base so loud it shook the pictures on the wall. Absolutely horrible response from the police (none after several calls after midnight) and even after several complaints to management, the neighbor just would not play music at a reasonable level. They were on the other side of the building and I could still hear the base! How can they let people like this get away with this stuff'

Cell phone reception is almost nill here. It's a complete dead zone and everyone has conversations outside so you can't even enjoy your apartment without hearing someone talking on the phone outside.

Every day, I hear people drive by with the base in their cars turned up so loud that you can hear them coming almost half a mile away. They have cheap one bedroom rents and it just brings in these gangster wanna be people who play their base so loud in their apartments and cars! Grow up!

Pros:
The grounds were just replanted with plants and flowers and look very nice. Snow removal, despite what other people have said, is exceptional. I've lived in three other apartments and no one has ever shoveled my sidewalk by 9am ever day it snowed! The big snow storm shut down the entire city and we had over 21 inches of snow in three days. Anyone who thinks they should have been out shoveling snow in a level three snow emergency is just insane. By Sunday night, the parking lots were cleared and all sidewalks were pristine. Snow removal overall has been above and beyond!

Ample parking and two pools to choose from. Maintenance is responsive and helpful.

Overall, the apartment was clean upon move in and management has been rather pleasant. But the fact that the rent is so low brings in rowdy, loud, obnoxious people who don't care about the fact that they share walls with other people. If it wasn't for the neighbors, I would have stayed. But the fact that people are allowed to get away with this stuff is just unacceptable.
