This apartment is a bit pricey considering the amenities and square footage.

However, it's an awesome location.

I've only lived here for about 2 months, but so far, it's been VERY quiet, and feels safe.

Management so far (knock on wood) is responsive to things needing to be fixed.

For example, immediately after moving in I had several things fixed right away.

The lease they ask you to sign is pretty ridiculous, and I felt like the pitch and explanations were for teenagers (they told me how to clean to make sure I didn't have mildew in my bathroom, and the lecture only succeeded in making me think the place must be infested with black mold, which it doesn't seem to be!).

Also, the bathroom was not really clean when I moved in and there are minor cosmetic issues that bother me.

The air conditioning is a little weird because it is just a wall unit that is like that in a hotel, but works cold.

Sometimes I have to park maybe 20 feet away, but seriously, it's not such a big deal, lazy people!!! Overall, I'd say this is a great place to live, and I'm happy I moved in despite seeing the horrible reviews about noise, etc before I came, since I almost totally passed it over.

KNOCK ON WOOD again.
