First off I grew up in Dublin so I know a good proce when I see one ant this is not it. All it is, is a Dublin address Columbus cleans streets during the snow so if you were to move here keep in mind it may take a while although this is no fault of Karric. All of the appliances are from the 80s when Karric was first built. If you look at the models it shows all new appliances and even the fireplace is not the same. The oven works fine, but the dishwasher breaks ALL THE TIME and the fridge isn't great. I brought these problems to the managements attention a few months ago and they said they would see what they could do...months later nothing and now its all new people in the office and may I add they are very very rude. The only reason why we haven't moved is because I worked at the mall so I got a dicount. Oh and if you live on the pet side be aware because nobody cleans up after their pets. My husband and I have a dog and we even keep bags in our car just in case she goes on the way there, we love to run her around but unfortunately we can't do taht because we may step in poop. This place is just so ridiculous, the walls are paper thin, when I"m in the bathroom I can hear my neighbors use the bathroom and they can probably hear me as well. All in all if you want good service they your going to have to fight for what you want oh and they just went up on the rent up we will be moving because I can't deal with it anymore and my car has also been broken into twice.
