I'm in Karric South.

New management recently - it's now BRC properties vs Oakwood.

They've just converted the pool house into a nice workout room with a fair amount of equipment.
There's plenty of parking on the south side (not familiar with the north complex); usually empty spots on either side of most of the cars.

Management is much more responsive than at other apartments I've lived in, and surprisingly proactive sometimes.

They came through and replaced a good bit of siding this winter.
I've only seen cops in here once in the last six months, compared to every weekend at the Acropolis apts.
The walls are thin, but my neighbors are pretty quiet most of the time so it's not been a problem.
You can plant stuff in your 'yard' area if you like.

Snow removal this past winter was excellent.

They did a much better job than Columbus did on the street just outside the complex.

Wood burning fireplaces on the end units.
Overall, I'm very pleased.

I love the ranch style apts, and you have attic access for extra storage.

The hotel style heat/ac is a little odd, but works well and the electric bills have been reasonable.
