I've lived in this complex for about 3 years now and it has not been a pleasant experience. Maintenance must be called repeatedly to fix any problem, soundproofing is very lousy (I can all of my neighbor's conversations as if they were standing right in front of me), the staff can be very clueless and the area is not that safe for Dublin. The only good thing about the complex is the amount of space in the apartments. There are other complexes nearby for around the same price that are much nicer.

New Professional Maintenance Staff, been in business for 12 years, any aprtment you can hear noise even the Quarry-go pay more and find out. The Office is professional at all times. Sure there are newer complexs go ahead and pay their prices.
