I have lived at the Square for a year. I came home after the 4th July holiday, only to find mushrooms growing out of my carpet. Before that I was broken into, which is a common accurance. I took in a stray cat that was later stolen by the maintenance staff. I also had a toilet that was spewing out sewage, I called the nonhelpful maintence line, who told me to just use one of the other toilets, thats not an emergencty. I also talked to a fellow resident who was broken into, when she complained the staff told her, "What are you going to do, move every time your home gets broken into'". Thats the wrong answer.

I can hear my neighbor every time they use the bathroom, its like the movie Office Space, I can talk to my neighbor through the walls.

I was also late by 4 hours once with my rent check, by 4 hours I mean 4 hours on the 2nd of July, rent was due on the 1st, they charged me an extra $20, for four hours.

Every time I try to get in touch with the owners I get the run around. DON`T MOVE HERE, PLEASE DON`T EVEN CONSIDER. IT`S NOT WORTH THE CHEAP RENT!!!!

Apartment living can hear thru walls at any complex, not a house. No one stole your cat one was found abandoned in a vacant apartments garage-nice person to take it home. Not aware of mushrooms growing out of carpet?

The previous response is from the rental staff, they often get on here to do damage control, please disregard. The cat was physically removed from our house, the maintance ------- left a note stating that he took the cat, after we spent $300 on shots.
