I have lived at Lakeview square for going on 2 years and have not had too many problems. Yes, the walls are not the thickest but what apartment has thick walls' Its great to have 2 1/2 bathrooms, an attached garage & a fireplace! Work orders tend to get done in a decent amount of time compared to some other places I have lived in the area. Windows are not insulated the best but if you put plastic up it helps greatly! I have never had a problem with my car or apt. being broken into, but I do also make sure I dont leave anything out in my car for people to want to steal. There is crime everywhere in Columbus so I dont feel it is just this complex. It seems safe to me! I havn't found any other place that seems to be better than this one and I doubt I will move until I buy a house or need more space than what is already provided.
