Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I live in Lakeview Square currently.
Problems:
*Walls are paper-thin. We can actually hear our neighbors conversations.
*Drafty windows and doors. lower level stays cold and upper level too hot.
*Property manager likes to argue when he's wrong about something (repairs)
*Parking
* Lots of dogs in the complex

Good
*Well maintained community.
*Repairs are addressed promtly-although it takes 2 or 3 times for them to be fixed properly.
