I have lived at Lakeview Square now for over a year. The apartment rental rates are very low for the space that you get w/attached garage. The grounds are kept clean, all my repair request have been taken care of within 24 hours. The Property Manager is firm and does an excellent job running the Property. The office staff are very helpful. I looked at other communites in Dublin and without a doubt found the best in the area and recommend Lakeview Square to anyone espically roommates.
