Okay, myself and 2 other people decided to move into Lakeview Sq. in the summer almost 2 years ago. The person we spoke with promised us things like ceiling fans in the bedrooms that when we actually moved in we didnt get. when we taked to the management about it they told us that it wasnt true and we werent supposed to get them. We learned very quickly how paper thin the walls are. i can hears my neighbors talking(and yelling, and partying, and having sex), walking (or pounding) up the stairs, and even opening their cabinets in the kitchen. A few times when we called the office it would take days for the maintnance men to fix it. The way the apartments are placed, a lot of people open their front doors to woods and are a pain to get to. The walkways are narrow and if you try to carry a lot of things like grocerys you will have a hard time because stuff catches on the bushes. There is not a lot of light in the parking lots and even less on the sidewalks (unless people leave their porch lights on, which is a gamble). Also, the heating is ridiculous here. The construction makes no sense and there is a vent in the living room that is supposed to heat it, but its on the ceiling... and heat rises, so even if the heat is on high, the living room is rarely heated. And the craziest thing that happend to us was that my roommates car got stolen out of our parking lot in the middle of the night. So if you choose this place be careful. and good luck

How do you expect Maintenance to fix the sex or pounding? I bet if you flat out told your neighbors, "hey I can hear you guys late at night" they then would try and reduce that noise, or get louder to spite you. Who knows. If you have so many complaints, why did you chose that apt? Why didnt you ask for another or go somewhere else? TIP: Go to Lowes across the street on sawmill, get some window bags for the winter and seal your downstairs window, put a wool blanket over your sliding glass door and one in the door way leading from the garage to the kitchen. This reduced the draft and kept the place a lot warmer
