Living here is a nightmare!

I like the floor plan, the appliances, and the pool. However, the apartments are cheaply made and management refuses to pay for anything to be fixed the right way, they rather half --- it and leave it up to the tenant to pay out of pocket for such repairs!

Parking is a huge problem! Yes, some parts of the property have parking, but where I live, parking is very limited!!!! The lease states that you are permitted two cars. It also states that you are not permitted to use your garage for storage or living space, it is to be used for a car. However, if you drive up and down the street I live on, about half of the garages are stacked full of stuff! I've seen pool tables, air hockey tables, wood (what appears to be firewood), boxes, etc. Rather than management enforcing what they put in their leases and hold people accountable for such things, they would just rather have you towed if you are parked "illegally" I have to ask..... "Who wants to live somewhere where you get towed in your own parking lot?" I can honestly say that I didn't realize how limited the parking lot was when I moved in. We only had once car so, it was fine because we parked in the garage. Now that we have a second car....OH MY GOODNESS! Let me just say, if I would have realized it would be such a headache to come home and be told to park a block or two away, I would have never moved here!

If you are considering moving here, I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere!

Not all things are bad here, like I said the floor plan is great and space in the apartment isnt bad. However, when you have to deal with a rude office manager, poor upkeep, limited parking, and paper thin walls, it just doesnt really seem like you are paying for what you are getting!!!!!
