I moved here from out of state and from the beginning to the end I have had troubles. I regret that I refer people to this place that was moving here also.They have 3 type of models: Standard, traditional, and Modern. The model they show is of the modern, I was told the difference between them are the standard has all old cabinets and doors, no microwave, no air, no ceiling fans. The traditional has oak cabinets and doors, microwave, and air. The modern was completely updated and has white cabinets, and doors, air, microwave, and ceiling fans. I chose the traditional model. BIG MISTAKE When I first got here I didn't get a chance to look at my apartment before I signed my lease because I was held up in traffic and when I made it to the office they were about to close. I never should have trusted that there wouldn't be major things wrong with my appartment. I thought if anything it would be small stuff. When I first walked in the apartment it had a foul old like smell. My dinning room walls are two different shades of tan. There is and water damage stains on the ceiling by the breakfast bar. the cabinets and doors are old. When I open the utility closet I notice a huge hole in the ceiling and water damage on the ceiling. Their is a mirror in the living room over the fire place, it had paint drops all over it. There were knicks and scratches on the wall. Scuffs in the floor and paint on all the base boards. Not to mention the maintance sucks. I was told that they would come over to fix everything ever though I asked for a different unit. They assured me that they would take care everything. They didn't. It took them 3 months to fix the hole in the ceiling and all they did was nail a wooden board over it. Ever work order has to be called in at least twice before they come and then you have to call them out again to get it done right. The parking sucks, they pick and choose when they want to enforce the policy in the lease. I had to call to get my apartment sprayed because of little red ants in my living room around the light sockets, all over. Spiders were crazy and all over. I constantly have to spray.The grounds are gross. They don't force people to adhere to pet policies. The hot tub was never open this year it was dirty with trash and leaves in it. The management are sarcastic and rude. There rest of the staff act like they are clueless. There was one staff member that actually cared. She was always attentive and tried to assist when she could, but the rest of the staff sucked. The walls are paper thin, this is not luxury living.

The new mangement does seem better in at least 'acting' like they care.
Unlike the previous magement.
Time will tell if they really do care and are just working to get proper maintenance personel hired.

They don't care. They act like it. I call every other day about something new. That is why I am prepatring to move. The counter in my bedroom fell. I was down for 2 weeks before they came. It fell because the screws were never place in it. Now the cabinet doors are coming apart. But good luck with your stay here.
