Good - in a pinch

Dublin is generally safe. In three years, I have had one incident where our cars were broken into.
The pre-fabricated 1980 apartments are poorly insulated meaning cold in winter and hot and summer. Due to construction materials akin to a mobile home, one can expect higher than expected utility bills. The saving grace is that the apartments are electric only, so no gas bill.
We have seen loud tenants come, and quickly go, as there is a consensus amongst the tenants to complain to the management until peace returns.
Overall, it is a no-frills convenient location. Due to a sell-off of the property which is part of a real estate investment trust, the quality of life has diminished somewhat.
There are better properties for rent in this price range located within 1/4 mile. I would not recommend Montgomery Court unless you're in a pinch.
