Everything seemed really neat and cool at first, but quickly the apartment began to deteriorate with the actions of everyday living. It becomes a frustrating place to live due to all the work needed to keep it looking remotely not like a shed. Everything in the apartment is cheap and bought obviously deeply discounted, and almost not fully constructed. Repairs made by this "maintence free" community are shoddy and unsafe by untraditional techniques. My vehicle has been broken into the second month of living here, and the landscape around the entire complex is beaten and battered. I would not recommend living here unless you are about to go to college and a need a cheap place to live. If you enjoy quality, move elsewhere.
