These units are built "off the ground" on Plywood, and so any walking on the floor makes a booming noise like someone kicking the wall of your unit. Laundry room looks like a third world disaster, filthy, unclean and when the "spin cycle" runs, the PLYWOOD FLOOR shakes like a natural disaster.

They raise the rent each time you renew your lease by at least 5%. WHY'
The parking lot is the worst I have seen. Pot holes are big enough to break a wheel, and the snow removal is joke.

The grounds-keeping is a laugh, the lawn is more weeds than grass and residents aren't kind enough ( or apparently required) to poop-scoop their pets. Walkers beware.

Find another place unless you like what see. YUCK
