My boyfriend and I lived in Olde Mill Lakes for 3 years. The apartment was spacious, had great closets and storage, covered parking, a clean and quiet pool, and fantastic covered balcony. It was safe, clean, great staff and maintenance teams, and my neighbors were friendly. We had a huge 2 BR 2 FULL BA apartment and rent was $625 per month. I recommended the apartment complex to 3 different groups of people to live there -- I'd recommend this apartment to anyone and if I ever rent again, I'd move back in a minute. Great location near library, highway, gas stations, CVS, banks, the list goes on and on. I do agree with the other review - I heard my neighbors on occasion, but no more than any other apartment...and they were particularly loud people. The geese. Oh the geese are a nuisance unlike any other. They would fly onto my balcony and knock my flowers off the ledge and taunt my cat from the other side. The geese suck, but they make for good stories!
