This is a great apartment complex. My apartment is almost 1200 square feet and yet the rent was only $625 the first year and this year just raised to $650 in Dublin. I love the floor plan, the balcony, the fire place, and the pond. The staff is as nice as could be and maintance comes faster than I ever hoped (once within 15 minutes of calling for a totally nonemergency situation). Because the complex is so small this summer I often had the pool to myself, where else would you find that' It is so well lit at night I never ever feel afraid, it is Dublin after all.

The only negatives I could think of would be the geese (but the maintance guys do everything they are legally allowed to to persuade them to leave the area) and the walls are thin (but probably the same as your average apartment walls.

I love this place and recommend it to everyone.
