I lived in Olde Mill lakes for a year when I moved in the office staff and environment was amazing. Then they hired new people and they were rude, not customer service friendly at all. Julie especially was just flat out obnoxious. They went out of there way to inconvenience you as residents, the parties stopped and the mood just went down hill after that. The only good thing about there is the maintenance guy Marshall he rocks! The geese there are out of control to they land on your patio porch.

You must have caught Julie on a extremely rare bad day. She is always, always kind and helpful and very, very nice. I have lived at Olde Mill Lakes forever, and I knew previous management as well as Julie, and I can't believe how much nicer it is now. I don't just consider her my property manager, but my friend.

Julie and Cathie are huge and disrespectful! They are horrible! I can't believe what the lady before me said. "Julie? Nice?" I saw her at one the parties thrown by the staff and she was all over three of the guys! Nice work ethic, Julie. They got rid of a Tammy and I thought it was going to look up but unfortunately not. The weird guy that works there is a perv! The maint. guy, Chad, was always hitting on me. I am almost at the end of my lease and can't wait to leave. New renters beware!! I think the girls in the office have a jealousy issue.
