I lived at perimeter lakes apartments about 5 years ago. I must say that those were my all time favorite apartments. I do work in the industry and have seen many apartments. I know work in Cleveland and wish we had apartments like that here. The townhomes were so spacious and I love the partially finished basement! The baloncy off the master bedroom was a huge plus as well. I can't say enough good things about these apartments!

I use to live here too and although the townhomes were nice and very spacious, during the winter months when temperatures dropped below 20 the hot water heat could not keep my townhouse above 62 degrees and since the hot water heat is taken from the hot water tank, guess what happens to your heat when you run your dishwasher or a couple people take showers? If the hot water heat would be updated to a normal gas furnace it would be great but until then unless your don't mind being cold in the winter then this place is a nice place to live.
