This new management is the worst and greedy.
First of all, this apartment is NOT new maybe more than 15-20 years old (means they are making money). Secondly, they didn't change carpet (stained) or broken screen before I moved in. I told management about spots, of course nothing happened. No major renovations or cleaning geese poo around the pond happened. Charge garbage fee for just one stinky dumpster for entire complex. Once celing leaked and did not fix stain. Still, they wanted to make more money by forcing NEW policies.
For example, stopped company discount, shorten payments period to 3rd days of month (used to be first week of months), increasing late payment fee from $50 to 10% of rent. Most of people would have to pay b/w $80 and $100. Aug 3rd was on Sunday, post offices were not working on Sunday so, they received payment on Monday the 4th. This horrible new management charged me a late fee because Aug 3rd was on Sunday!!! They DO NOT LISTEN anything you say!! She repeated same thing over and over like a machine. New management made a policy called "trap" to falls in, so people would pay late fee as they wish.
Look for places that treat you better with respect.

This review pretty much sums it up!!! You forgot the apartment manager is an emotional train wreck.
