I lived here and repenting everyday. I am going to move as soon as the current lease is over. The new management does not pay attention to your needs once you move in. My apartment door lock was broken when I moved in, and they didn't even bother to fix it for 5 days.
If you need to place work order for minor repairs be ready to wait 2 months. They don't bother to fix the things unless you tell them that you would call main office.pets are other problem, dog owners do not clean up. Every where you can see dirty things and burnt, pooped grass. You need to know what you are signing. There are hidden costs additional to your rent. I suggest you should check other options before you think of this one.

If you live here you know the complex doesn't fix anything that costs money, only cheap fixes! Buyer beware, management sucks you in with empty promises and after the contract is signed....!!
