My husband and I have been living at Perimeter Lakes for almost a year and we have both had a VERY positive experience thus far. The apartment is in a wonderful location (literally just a few short mins from 161/270), as it only takes me roughly 20 mins to commute to my job downtown.

The office and maintenance staff are very accommodating and friendly. The property manager (Morgan) is very enthusiastic and actively (and genuinely) engaged in the community. Although we have not really had any serious maintenance problems (another plus!), the maintenance staff has promptly (e.g. the same day) attended to our request (changing a burned out light bulb, lighting our pilot, and attending to a somewhat fussy kitchen drain).

The apartment itself is--without a doubt--the best deal in Dublin. It has all of the perks of a so-called "luxury" apartment (i.e., fireplace, lake view, hardwood floors, walk-in closets, blah, blah, blah), but none of the ridiculous "frills" that drive the price over-the-top. My lease is about to be up (in Feb) and I've been casually looking around at other area apartments (chiefly in Dublin), and nothing even TOUCHES the value of this apartment.

I highly recommend this apartment!
