Like the other person said this is a decent place to live. It s nothing spectacular but you won t have many problems. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is responsive to problems. The community is getting older but it is still the nicest place I ve lived in since moving to the Columbus area. I feel very safe living here compared to some of the apartments I lived in around the OSU campus. It s close to everything. There is a Kroger Marketplace at the top of the street which is very convenient. When I moved in my apartment was spotless. It was freshly painted and had new carpeting. The noise is about what you d expect for living in an apartment. The walls seem thick and aside from the occasional screaming child next door and the water running its quiet. The apartments are pretty nice. The rooms are large and there is plenty of closet space. I have the smallest model. It's a one bedroom on the second floor and has vaulted ceilings, which is pretty cool. There is lots of storage (I have 3 full size closets plus the linen closet and storage above the washer and dryer plus a storage room on the balcony). The kitchen is a good size for an apartment too. There is plenty of counter space to put extra appliances and for preparing food. The appliances look quite old but I never had any problems with them. The washer and dryer come with the apartment which is really nice. The one thing I hate about my apartment is how loud the heating/AC is. It s incredibly loud and rattles like a train. It wakes me up when it kicks on in the middle of the night. My apartment also has a centipede problem which is really gross. The office has sent people out to spray when I ve complained, but it doesn t seem to help much. I seem to have better luck when I go to the hardware store and spray the baseboards myself. But I guess it is to be expected for an area that s getting older. The outside of the apartments are a mixture of wooden siding and stucco, a great breeding ground for bugs. Expect a ton of carpenter bees in the springtime too. The pool area is nice, though, they did remove the hot tub. I ve only used the fitness room a couple times. The machines are old, but useable. Overall, I have been happy living here. I'd recommend it to anyone.
