I have lived here for 2 years and moved out recently (I moved abroad). The apartments are well maintained but a little old so if you are looking for something new you are probably better off in a newer apartment complex. The appliances are a little old too so I understand the previous comments. I do think that it is a nice place to stay and that it is fairly priced. It is a very safe and quiet area and I never had problems there. The management of the apartment complex is friendly and responds quickly to requests. Overall I recommend people living on a budget to stay here. If you have somewhat more to spend and would like to live in a newer apartment, you should probably look somewhere else.
