Pretty decent place

I lived at Sawmill Commons for 2 years and for the most part enjoyed it. The appliances were definitely old, and there seemed to be little likelihood that they would be updated. But the apartment was comfortable and I felt very safe there. Management was generally friendly (save for Todd, who had a tendency to be condescending.) Overall, though, I'd recommend this place.
