This place is wonderful. All though with the economy the way it is they still decided to raise there prices on the rent this year, which stinks but its a wonderful place to live. Its very quiet, not a party area, well least not the area we live at. If something needs fixed and you call them in the morning normally by that night if there not busy maintenance will fix it. The washer and dryer runs great for us never have a problem with heat or air condition. WE had trouble with our hot water and they had to come back everyday for like 3 days to fix it and then they decided just to give us a new hot water heater. Very wonderful place to live. Like I said the only downfall is price pay a lot of what you have, but is kinda worth it because its safe here.
