Don't be fooled

The office staff may seem friendly, but don't be fooled.
They seem to understand your complaints at first, but once you ask them to fix the problem, they would change their story and put the blame on you.
We pay rent, but they say that they could do whatever they wish since it is their property, such as walking into your patio, and coming into your room without 24 hour notice when you are not home.
Cars have been broken in to and everything in the property (mailboxes, cars) have been spray painted. Kids will be kicking your doors and taking things from your patio. The office staff will NOT help you. They are only concerned about keeping "their" property clean (therefore, landscaping is nice).
Water bills are split by the number of rooms in the complex, NOT the amount you use. Seems unfair since you feel like your paying for your neighbors who live in a one bedroom apartment with his/her entire family.
Great location and the rent is reasonable for Dublin, but the people at the leasing office is not your friend. Don't ask for anything since they are NOT going to fix your problem. Keeping the residents satisfied and making them feel safe is not their top priority.
