We just moved here after a horrendous experience at a nearby complex. We had to find an apartment within a four day period and found that there was little available in this area that met our needs. We were referred to Sawmill Ridge by my coworker (another resident) and have been pleasantly surprised--the leasing agents were able to accomodate us on our short notice, and everything so far has been wonderful. Community is mature and quiet, landscaping is awesome, and maintenance has been responsive. Leah at the leasing office has really been helpful and understanding of our situation. In addition, I feel we are in a very accessible area--near major roadways, restaurants and shopping. Rent isn't horrible either. Although I hope we can graduate to home ownership after our lease is up, I think Sawmill Ridge is a great place for renters, and I am happy with our decision.
