I have lived at Sawmill Ridge nearly 4 years, one thing I don't agree with is the water bill, I feel it's unfair on how it is set up for the residents, having to pay the same amount know matter how much water you use, and the other neighbor who has a family say of 4 or more, pays the same amount. Winter snow removal is a mess with how it is done. I wish the townhomes came with a washer and dryer would be a great added touch to the townhomes with the amount of rent that is charged for them. I also wish we had a choice of cable companies to choose from, since I have to pay for the service.
