Sawmill Ridge just had a management change, and so far, I've been unimpressed. I renewed my lease and if I had known things would be this way, I may not have. There is a major problem with standing water in the park area that seems to only continue to get worse. The outside of my front door is constantly littered with cigarette butts and has been for months - and I'm not a smoker. Twice I've gotten notices for possible legal action regarding my rent - that I typically prepay.
