Tenants paying the penalty for lousy infrastructure

The apartment is built with a very cheap material and eventually falls apart as years pass by.Thanks to the new manager the cost falls squarely on the tenants to fix those things in other words the apartments are renovated at tenants expense. This can be seen when you look at the counter tops. Lot of tenants are having the same problem and quick answer from the manager to everyone was it is tenants problem. The only solution to handle it well is not use the countertops and the sink. My suggestion is if you decide to move to this apartment keep $1500 aside that you need to pay the apartment when you move out.

I remember living at Tuttleparke in 2000 when I moved to Columbus to work for Qwest down the road. I was surprised in my 2nd floor apartment on how bad the floors squeaked in a building that was only a couple years old. Not to mention paint was peeling off the building, the doors would not open and close, and there were large cracks in drywall. An civil engineer friend said the building was "racking", and or heaving, because the footers were not built below the frost line. Cheap. Not to mention they screwed Q and their employees, therefore Q will no longer rent or recommend Ebner to people they move to Dublin.
