Tuttle Parke Apartments are definitely NOT recommended !!! The staff here is not polite and also do not care !! The AR Manager (Sue Mollette) is really rude and impossible to deal with.

They say nice things when you want to move in, but are really screwed when you move out.

They charged my friend $900, when he moved out.

He had cleaned his apartment very well and even got it inspected by the property manager before he moved out.

Then also he was sent a notice to pay $900 after 1 month.

Noise is a serious problem as lots of young students live in these apartments.

They have crazy parties (some 30-40 people) on the week-ends and they turn the music real LOUD !!! The parties go on all through the night, so you can't get good sleep.

Please DO NOT sign a lease with EBNER Properties.

It would be your worst nightmare, if you live here.
