I definitely have had a totally different experience than the last resident.
Although I fit into the young college student category I have never had or heard a loud party.
All of the property managers that I have come into contact with have been very pleasant and very helpful.
When I moved from one apartment to another they charged me for different maintenance issues but were willing to compromise and bring the total bill way down.
I would recommend to anyone to live here.
I have been there for 3 years now and am reluctant to leave.

You are probably not a real tenant. Why not post your real name. You are simply someone who works in the office and is trying to save face. Is it a coincidence that everyother person has voted no to rent an apartment from you but you unkonwn person who is so proud to live in these filty, noise ridden apartments says yes it's a great place to live? if you truely believe it is. tell us your identity. You probably do not live there and are a liar who works at ebner properties.

Totally!!! Isn't it quite the coincidence that these possitive posts came shortly after the new teenager took over as manager...how shameful to try to represent yourself as a tennant. What rubbish. Did you notice in one of her other posts that she refers to us as "these people" I think she is referring to the large Indian population here. A little prejudice??...I think so. At least her attitude connotes to that.
