This Place SUCKS BIG TIME

When I joined for the first time, I was happy with the old manager, but with the new manager and the lady who takes care of this property are HORRIBLE, no respect and very RUDE.
If you are looking for a place where you can live peacefully This is not the place you are looking for.
If you stay here for 3 years and if you decided to leave believe me you will get a bill of couple of thousand dollars as penalty for your loyalty.
They do expect the everything (CARPET, WALLS, everything) should be in the brand new original condition after 3 years YES you read it, they want everything to be in NEW condition (They do not allow any wear and tear, which will not happen after staying 3 years).
