This place is a nightmare while living there and after vacating.

They Ripped me of for everything from stove coils, wall to the carpet.

They expect you to have everything new after you vacate.

I know...I received a notice once outlining what they expected of you to do at moveout and it was rediculous. Now they smack everyone with a huge$1500 moveout fee for things you mentioned. Let's get em. Class action lawsuit jdscuba@hotmail.com
