I lived in these apartments in 2001-2002, I am still emotionally disturbed by them!!!! They haven't changed all these complaints on here were what was wrong back then. I agree with every person that says set aside money to move out cause they will charge you a lot!!! They charge for things that should be considered normal wear and tear or things that should of been included in the deposit. I wish we could do something about these people!!!! I am so tired of hearing about the "lawyer" it is his daughter!!!! She can't go find a job on her own so she has to work for daddy, some lawyer huh!! They will threaten you with this lady, and anything else. Right after they threaten you, they will go praise themselves on how they are big supporters in the Jewish community, they live in Bexley and they pride themselves on everyone knowing they contribute money or want to build centers. Mostly the dad wants to advertise HEAVILY that he is a holocaust survivor! I really hope they know that the Jewish community can't even stand them!!! They are awful people and I hope they realize that it will come back on them someday, somehow all the things they have done to these people. If anyone wants to see where their money went, just look at what the contribute to or built in Bexley!!! I really hope this business is investigated very very soon!!!

I agree with you .. They are harrasing Asians like anything ... and all Asian are planning file a class action law suite against these people.. There is no limit for their harrasment..

They charged me $1500 fee at moveout...rediculous. I agree with you on their prejudice of both Asians and ------- but they know you will pay to keep your credit good. Not me though. I am suing and anyone wishing to join together in a class action suit can contact me at jdscuba@hotmail.com for anyone who has had to pay rediculous move out fees. Ebner's daughter is his lawyer but mine are awesome!!! Lets get these people!
