PLEASE Stay away from these apartments.
When I joined in this apartments I have been told that my contract will be extended month by month once my lease expires.

But they extended the lease by 1 year with our prior notice.

This is not a place to stay.

You are not alone...they tried the same thing with me, my parents and all of my neighbors. I faught it and won but my parents moved out and my neighbors got screwed.

I have stayed in these apartments for 2 years. They are the worst and management is horrible, they only care about YOUR money. Don't stay here if you want to stay free of the courts upon moving out! If anyone knows of a good attorney please contact me at BLDunlap_02@yahoo.com
