DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE FORCED. This is the worst property managment company in the entire world. The walls are not soundproofed like they state. Their carpet is junk. The cabinents are cheap and half of the doors do not close. My garbage disposal died w/in 30 days. None of the lightbulbs worked. I wrote that on my move in sheet and was still charged. The stove top rings were black and I used car engine degreaser and couldnt remove it. When I moved out I cleaned it and made it spotless. 100 times better than when I moved in. Yet I was charged 40 dollars for the dirty stove rings, 40 dollars for a dirty fridge. They sent me a refund check on my deposit. Then 30 days later they realized they made a mistake and this Sue the accounts receivable manager sent me a letter threatening to take me to court if I did not pay w/in 10 days. When I called her to confront this absurd letter she consistenlty misquoted the letter. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Every month it would take them 2 weeks to cash my rent check and that was my fault and I was charged a late fee and also daily late fees in excess of 80 dollars on average per month. RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR LIES.
