horrible.
if u have bugs and termite in your apartment, u will need to pay the bug terminator fees.
whan u check out, be ready for a $5000 bill even if your apartment is sparkling clean
if u forgot givinh your vacating notice even for 1 day, u are bound to 12 months contract.

they have an in-house lawyer and policy is to harass the tenenants such that everyone lands up in court to challenege.

if you can afford to lose days of work and challenge.

this place is for you

hope they go bankrupt soon.

they suck
