I am moving out of my apartment in a week.

I loved this price and location of the livingston commons apartments.

When I first moved in, the apt.

was not completed and they changed the flooring at least 3x when I first moved in.

It was a hassle and I asked for a concession because I didn't stay at my house for days at a time, they basically said no, then when I made a report to the BBB, that's when they gave me a concession.

I asked several times for things to be fixed in my apartment and after a while, I stoped asking.

I will NOT recommend ANY Ebner Property to anyone I know.

The staff are money hungry and that is what they care about.

They are so quick to throw you into an apartment.

It's all about money.

In April of 2008 my house was broken into and items were stolen.

I called and asked them to change my locks, and knowbody ever called me back.

The only reason why I did get them changed, 2 WEEKS LATER, is because I saw maintenance working on a close by apartment.

It makes me sick.

I definately should have done my research about this area.

There isn't a night that goes by that you don't hear sirens or helicopters.

I hear gun shots every now and again, but its sad and if you have kids, its not safe either.

The property manager is a sweetheart and she does what she can do, its the ones that work in the office that will stress you out.

I am sure they will send me a bill when I move out, but I saved my requests and complaints too, and I won't pay a dime.

Just remember, sometimes you get what you paid for.
