rent increases don't make this apt worth it

Only if you plan on staying a short time do I recommend this apt. I have been at Dover place 8 years and the past 2 years the rent increase has been so high that I am now looking for a house. My rent has gone up so much that my rent is more than a new resident signing their first lease. The property is nice, but nothing special. No workout area, no pool, no free cable. You pay for everything, heat, water, garbage, and of course electric. If you are only staying a year and get a good first lease it's worth it, but look out for lease renewals!
