They block your car in the winter when they plow or if they plow, maintenance dose not do anything besides cut grass, only help a select few people. the people that live hear are extremely nasty there is an older lady that is demented when she first moved in she was really nice and i had no problem saying hello or seeing how she is doing but know all she dose is smoke and puts her packs and everything else in my yard and says the most mean things when i walk by. there is an old gentlemen that tried to hit me in the parking lot of wal mart i only know it was him because he has vanity plates there is also a middle aged man that stares at only girls when they walk by or in the middle of the night when you are trying to let your dog out. since i have been here my porch fence was broken by my other neighbor this was never fixed, my front door lets in snow when closed, and the air conditioning dose not work but i am on the top of the list to get it fixed or replaced but the weather has to be nice i was told this about 2 weeks ago and it has been nice for at least 10 days. Dover Place also says that they restrict breed but i have seen many bull Dogs which is an aggressive breed and a few mixed breed dogs that i would put in question to not be part of and aggressive breed. if you value your privacy and do not feel like being harassed when you leave or come back home stay as far from here as possible. Most of the tenants let there cats stay out side all day and i am allergic to cat dander so i really can not leave the windows open because the cats will sit and sleep on your heating and ac unit. this is a fair warning do not move into this place it is not worth what you will have to go through.
