The property is now owned by NRex Investments. Vickie is no longer there, we now have a maintenance manager who lives on property. We have been updating the vacants, hallway, and exterior of buildings. Work Orders that are called in are now guaranteed to be addressed within 72 hours. I will definately agree that it was in serious need for some TLC and we have been doing that. Our new property manager has many years of experience in property management and is a complete professional. We encourage an open dialogue between our residents and our office staff. We hope that you will not hold what happened here before against us and will judge for yourself the improvements that we have made to the Vineyards of Englewood.
