Look elsewhere I will not go into detail in fear of retaliation by staff and management, but if you move here do not expect much except rent increases. Maintenance is almost non existent. When something is fixed, it takes FOREVER and it's more like a patch to last until next time. We

New management The property is now owned by NRex Investments. Vickie is no longer there, we now have a maintenance manager who lives on property. We have been updating the vacants, hallway, and exterior of buildings. Work Orders that are called in are now guaranteed to be addressed
