I was a resident along with my mother, sister, and brother for 5 years at Euclid Richmond Gardens. Aside from the horrible parking situation, and shady characters lurking about, the family-friendly nature of the place has been on a steady downhill path. The once well maintained play-ground is now a hangout for thugs and drug pushers, the apartment complex has taken on a "Section-8"/project kinda feel...along with the problem of some of the neighbors bringing their pets (roaches) along with them and the fact that the management is slow to provide pest services. I couldn't have been happier when my mother moved us from that hell-hole and into an acutal safe space. Had it not been for the cheap rent (which steadily increased from year to year) I'm sure my single mother would have moved us earlier rather than subject us to that place. If you have kids, do them and yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

N.i.g.g.e.r.s ruin everything. Seriously, it's sad. Go back to East Cleveland and stop infesting the suburbs with your drugs, violence, baby daddies and section 8. You all make me sick.
