I lived here for a year. It was okay with a few exceptions. The windows were bad it seemed liked every time the wind blew they windows would broke. It was always cold in the winter and hot in summer. The heat seemed like it was never ever on and in my apartment the a/c unit was broke. Maintenance was non existent they would have to come to your apartment several times. The security was bad the gates were always open and the lobby doors were broke,so anyone could walk in if they desired. There was alot of children playing in the halls after school. There was always teenagers lounging on the sofas in the lobby.I lived here during the March 2008 blizzard and the lot was horrible it didn't get plowed all day cars were stuck in the driveway and management did nothing about it. I couldn't even go home that night b/c there was no where to park and i couldn't even get in the lot. Management was there that day yet nothing was done! The lot wasn't plowed until the very next day and it was a very bad job. The only thing that was well kept was the grass in the summer,it was cut every week at noon. The elevators were broke once a week. It was fire in the trash compactor and no one alerted us. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Added bonus the rent increased 2 weeks after i moved in to cover heating cost even though it was always cold. if you move here do the laundry off site b/c your clothes wont be clean and most washer and dryers don't work and u wont get a refund or return call if you call the contracted company.
