Keep on up-ing the rents...50...75 dollars.
My apt. still looks like 1970, but the office is pretty. Go down the road...I will when my lease is up.

I must agree with the this person and the rest of those who have not be satisfied with their apartment/stay at Harbor Crest. I do love the view that I have from the 18th floor, but their are a large number of families living in Harbor Town and there has been some graffiti on the elevator units. Also the elevators are constantly not working and when you live in the 18th floor you do not want to walk up all the time. Walking down the hall to my apartment there is a black mold area on the ceiling - which I am sure is a health violation. I do not have a problem with using the washers and driers - but they just raised the price on those and the card reader (to put more money on) is frequently not working. When K&D purchased the apartment complex they decided to put a gate unit up to 'protect' the residents, but anyone can follow another car into the complex, and the gates are constantly being broken from people hitting them. The system used to buzz people in has a mind of its own and does not even have my husband and my name on it - even though we have been living there for a year. For the price they are asking for, you are better off looking for a place in Lakewood - you get more for your money & do not have to live in an apartment complex.
